Early design of the façade for the IDEE shop located in Berlin right across the renowned KaDeWe shopping centre. The concept uses the existing perforated façade cladding creating a sculpture and a second surface facing the busy Tauenzien Street. This second surface is good visible for bypassers and is used as a giant LED screen. The LEDs are poking through the perforated cladding displaying content related to the IDEE shop. The façade folds and continues into the IDEE entrance. A gradual LED positioning guarantees a smooth introduction of the light onto the perforated façade.
